Training

Need to get your IT staff up to speed with the basics of data warehousing, or your Board of Directors on board with the benefits of business intelligence?  We can deliver targeted training to help kick start your decision support process. 

End-User Training
During deployment of IHDS, our consultants can help come up with an appropriate end user training strategy, as well as develop and conduct the training.  We use your data in your environment, and can tailor the level of detail to fit any audience.  We focus not only on how to use the analysis tools, but also how they would be utilized to achieve business results.

If any Cognos tools are utilized, it may be appropriate for key users and/or IT staff to attend certain Cognos training courses.

Configuration/Tool Training
If your IT staff will support configuration of any of the IHDS or presentation tools, we encourage their participation through each phase of the data warehouse implementation.  As necessary, our consultants will work to transfer knowledge so that your staff can effectively operate and troubleshoot the system.
