Founded by Leon Dowling in 1995, IMI Health, originally named Integration Management, had a name change in 2005 to better describe the Company’s focus on the health care industry. - In 2006, IMI Health became one of the first companies to receive official certification status from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS® ) solution.
