Leon Dowling
CEO and Founder
With more than 19 years of experience in healthcare technology, Leon brings vast insight and entrepreneurial spirit to IMI Health. As founder, he has been instrumental in directing the growth and strategy of the company. His attention to architectural detail and best practice implementation of technology laid the foundation for IMI Health’s superior solutions. Prior to starting IMI Health, Leon held leadership positions in health plans and medical centers. Leon holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
Scott McDaniel
VP, Client Solutions
With more than 25 years experience in healthcare administration and consulting, Scott is responsible for the portfolio of solutions of IMI Health. His unwavering focus on healthcare opportunities directs solution development activities. Prior to joining IMI Health full-time in 2003, Scott served as the Chief Administrative Officer for a large academic medical department and held senior executive operations roles within Managed Care and Practice Management Organizations. Scott holds a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors in Comparative Physiology from Michigan State University.
Lance Dowling
VP, Operations
With more than 13 years of experience in business and technology consulting, Lance is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of IMI Health. His attention to detail and depth of process knowledge are imperative to project successes. Lance plays a critical role in overseeing the ASP business, as well as personnel and office management. Prior to joining IMI Health in 2002, Lance held management and senior consulting positions at several notable consulting firms including Price Waterhouse. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and Bachelors in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University.
Sharon Frazier
VP, Technology
With more than 22 years of experience in technology, Sharon is responsible for directing technical strategy and Quality of Service implementation. Agile software and database development practices set the stage for innovative solutions and company growth. Prior to joining IMI Health this year, Sharon was CIO at a financial services company and held senior leadership roles within healthcare, non-profit and technology companies. She holds a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and Bachelors in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University.
Gray King
VP, Medicare Solutions
With more than 14 years of experience in finance and healthcare operations, Gray is responsible for directing and growing our Medicare Solutions suite of products and services. His experience with operational best practices for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D health plans provides the basis for continued enhancement and expansion of our product and service offerings focused on achieving operational efficiencies while maximizing financial outcomes. Prior to joining IMI Health this year, Gray was VP and CFO of PARTNERS National Health Plans, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. He is a CPA and member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs. Gray holds a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and Bachelors in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Western Carolina University.
Randy Wilson
Client Solutions Director
With more than 15 years of experience, Randy is an expert in healthcare financing and delivery information systems. He is well-versed in data analytic techniques, database management, health plan operations and health plan financing. Prior to joining IMI in 2005, Randy has served as the Director of Data Analysis in a rapidly growing MCO, as well as acting as a government liaison coordinating plan operations with state regulations. He is a successful project manager, leading projects in both the information systems and operations components of a health plan. Randy holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration and a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics both from Carnegie Mellon University.
